Coby releases 6 new Android tablets for customers to choose from

Coby has finally released as promised, six new Android tablets for the market. And as announced, all of them will be running Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich out of the box. The models range from a 7 inch, 800 x 480 display for up to a 10-inch with a 1280 x 800 display.

All of them are powered by an ARM Cortex-A8 single core processor, all supported by 1 GB of RAM.

If you happen to be interested in getting one for yourself or a friend, then you can catch them from several retailers across the country with prices starting at $260.

The HTC One X announced!

What was previously known as the HTC Endeavor from rumors has now been confirmed by HTC and has a new name: HTC One X. The phone is probably one of the most powerful phones up to date as it features NVIDIA’s Tegra 3 processor with quad-core computing.

The phone features a 4.7 inch Super LCD 2 display which makes other screen makers take a run for their money. It also supports Beats Audio similar to the Sensation XE and XL. It will also feature the handset maker’s newest version of their custom UI, the HTC Sense 4.0.

In terms of camera, it features an 8 megapixel one with a single LED flash.

Apple launches OS X Lion version 10.7.3

Apple has today released it’s latest version for its Mac OS X software with the version number 10.7.3. and it comes with an array of improvements and fixes.

The update primarily brings support for a list of languages that wasn’t supported before which include Greek, Hebrew, Slovak, Thai, Ukrainian and Croatian.

Among the most notable bug fixes is with regards to the issue with it’s Wi-Fi connection when your computer is waking from sleep which I myself have encountered a number of times.

The Roku Streaming Stick announced

Most of you might be familiar with Roku and for those who don’t, it is a company that popularized a streaming box that allows various streaming services like Hulu Plus and Netflix to stream on a TV set.

Roku has now unveiled a smaller version of their product called Roku Streaming Stick and works how a Flash Drive dongle would to bring the same features.

No details on pricing and availability has been released yet but we can guess that the Roku Streaming Stick will be priced around the $50 – $80.

The White Samsung Galaxy S II arrives at T-Mobile

T-Mobile has just confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy S II is now available from them. The device will cost a new users $229 after mail-in rebates and will of course require your stamp of approval for a two-year contract.

The white version of the Galaxy S II features the same 4.52 inch WVGA Super AMOLED Plus touchscreen display and is powered by the same 1.5 dual-core processor.

It’s camera will come in the form of an 8 megapixel one with 1080p HD recording while a 1.3 megapixel camera is installed on the front for video calls.

The Nokia Lumia 710′s first press shots released

Nokia and what appears to be in partnership with T-Mobile has released the first press shot of the Nokia Lumia 710 to the public. The device has just passed FCC’s testing and from the photo, you can tell what network it will run on.

The Nokia Lumia 710 is one of the first phones to come with Windows Phone Mango and will be featuring a 3.7-inch WVGA touchscreen. It comes with 8 GB of internal storage and with all the connectivity features you’d expect including HSPA and Wi-Fi.

Unfortunately, no details on it’s exact arrival date has been announced but we will update you as soon as more information about it comes to light.

Zelda and Mario themed 3DS to launch this Thanksgiving

Nintendo, just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday has announced the release of both Zelda and Mario 3DS themed 3DS devices on November 24. Both consoles will be sold for $199 which is a pretty good offer.
The Super Mario bundle will come with the new Super Mario 3D land game and will come in a red device while the Zelda bundle will come with a Comso Black 3DS device together with  The Legend of Zelda: Ocania of Time 3D game.
You can get both bundles for $199.99 on your major retail and online stores nationwide.

LG unveils the Doubleplay, features two screens

LG has today announced their newest smartphone today and it comes bearing the name, the LG Doubleplay. The LG Doubleplay is fitted with a physical keyboard and dual screens.
Unfortunately, very little specs have been released by the phone manufacturer, so all we know is that it will have a 5 megapixel camera and that it will have two screens, one larger then the other.
It’s release date is set on November 2nd and will go for $150 on a two-year contract.

The LG Optimus Q2 announced

LG has today announced another smartphone being launched soon that will bear the Optimus name. The LG Optimus Q2 is a QWERTY slider smartphone equipped with 4-inch multi-touch touchscreen LCD Display.
The device will be powered by a 1.2GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor which means it will be getting some dual-core action. It will come out with Android 2.3 Gingerbread out of the box and will probably updated to Android Ice Cream Sandwich when its released by Google.
Unfortunately, there is no release date mentioned with the announcement but we will update you as soon as possible.

Polk ultra fit headphones featured

Polk has today revealed their newest line of headphones that are designed to cater for sports enthusiasts. The UltraFit Sports Headphones come in four different models with prices ranging from as cheap as $50 to as much as $100 a pop.
The UltraFit 500 model which is the cheapest will have an in-ear headphone with two planar audio cable, the UltraFit 1000 which is priced at $70 will have similar features as the 500 model, only with an additional in-line three-button remote.
There’s also an on-ear model which is the third variant that features the same characteristics as the 1000 and is priced at $70 too. The Ultrafit 3000 is the line’s top model priced at $100 and offer ultra-high performance sound, which come with 3 pairs each of silicon tips and memory foam tips.
